::Friendly and informative staff. This was far different from previous experiences I've had where the staff acted as if they were doing you a colossal favour just to answer a question. My experience with their call centre was also very positive. The customer service lady promised to investigate which branches had a certain product in stock and to call me back. She did! Kudos. Rapid True Value has greatly improved.
