  For such a large company I still feel a personal touch. Haven't been a policyholder for years but when I had my accident the claims reps were available and helpful.

  The staff members are warm and friendly. The waiting time is reasonable and service is every efficient

  The waiting time can be a bit long (~45 minutes with others ahead of you) but the customer service was excellent on the 3 occassions I've been there.

  Very disappointed with insurance here, made a claim and I can never get through to the claims officer. I only get some information when I visit and speak with someone in person. No follow-up and no updates. You all can do much better. Only have insurance here because of my loan with NCB.

  Experience for me was fast and efficient. I know of others who had other experiences but I can't speak for their issue. So this review is purely on my own experience. If you are concerned about rates or prices of coverage then you should evaluate for yourself don't allow anyone to make that decision for you as my affordable and your affordable may be two different scales.
