::My initial experience at Align was pleasant however after I had to transfer to a new ortho for reasons beyond my control the service I received went downhill. After closing out my account and paying $100 for them to prepare records for my new orthodontist communication from staff ceased. This is despite my multiple calls, text and emails (which I’ve confirmed were received but I was not given the courtesy of a response) to inquire about the status of my records to continue my treatment. I would at least expect good customer service after paying so much money to this establishment.

::They have a wonderful atmosphere, knowledgeable and friendly staff! I felt comfortable and at ease with every visit. Very pleased with the excellent customer service. Dr Law really knows her craft its just been a few months and I feel and see the difference already. 10/10 I would recommend!

::I got my braces here and the service has been great. The staff is friendly, gentle and very attentive. They are timely and direct which is something I appreciate. I would have come here sooner if I had known getting braces doesn’t have to be scary and stressful, they make the transition as seem less as possible. I absolutely recommend here, miss law and her staff and the best❤️

::Super friendly staff. Dr. Law is very professional and kind. She always has a smile. The admin staff treat you like family. A family atmosphere. I felt safe taking my kids there. Environment is clean and warm. I literally love this place. Feels like a second home/family. Prices are reasonable and payment plans make it more affordable to pay. Very pleased with the experience.
