::So this is not for the faint of heart. Being from Canada I am used to driving on the right side of the road. Being on the left and going up a mountain with limited space and drop offs every where is a little unnerving. We signed up for the bus tour to the top of Blue Mountain. Some of the participants did the cycling. It is down hill for several Kilometers. There are safety martials there to assist you and to keep the traffic from interfering. There is a demonstration about Blue Mountain Coffee how it is grown picked and processed. Of course there is coffee brewed on site for us that have the need! The guides and staff at Blue Mountain coffee are awesome and if you do the bus tour up you will have a guide showing you all the mountain has to offer. There is natural Lemon Grass, Cinnamon, Pimento, Thyme, and Rosemary. You will see many Bananas along the way. Time from Runaway Bay is 2hrs 40min one way. We left at 720am and arrived back at our resort at 530pm. Oh and we got to see Kingston from the top of the mountain!

::I took the walk, the you go higher in the mountains where te locals also are higher. Not from the air they breath, but there awful smokes. Lovely plants, flowers, birds, goats and a monkey spotted. Oh no the latest was our guide.

Great Coffee from the source!!!! in the amazing Blue Mountains. well worth every cent.....this is an experience you have to have!!!! And top it all off with a refreshing dip under the waterfall!!
