  I love me my Chester fried However today 19 November 2023 ,3.30pm at Hopewell Chesters customers service is woefully lacking . My 3 piece meal came with 3 pieces of wedges I am used to more so I questioned it and and was dismissed with "we always served 3 pieces " ," no I've been shopping here since you opened " this young ladies response was so rude. I took the time to find out how to leave a comment because that kind of behavior was not what I expected on a simple enquiry . Once again, I love my chester fried , always had good service, today I was disappointed.

  Located inside the Gas Station Mart. I’m not a fried chicken person however I was tired and decided to order a meal. I ordered their 2 pcs chicken and 3 wedges combo- I also added a two extra wedges to the order. I was definitely impressed with the chicken, it was well seasoned, not dry or over fried- crispy and though I always add ketchup on all my fry chicken meals, I enjoyed every bite without any ketchup so that was definitely a plus. The wedges however were very long wedges that I wish were fried a bit longer, their only saving grace was the seasoned batter that coated it. Overall however I would order here again- definitely having their chicken again.

  I tried out the location on the Brunswick in Spanish Town. The prices were reasonable. The wedges were huge and nice. I like the batter used. I perk is that I got to select the piece of chicken I wanted. However, the fried chicken was served in a grease bag and it was so oily and salty.

  The food was good, festivals were on point, fried chicken was tasty and not too dry. The wedges were a huge disappointment, basically raw on the inside. The biggest turn off though is the extremely long wait. This is supposed to be a fast food... we were almost the only clients and had to wait about 40 minutes for our food. These guys definitely need to do better!
