  My card is expired and I have requested for the new one to be sent to the St James street branch in Montego Bay and I went today and it was not done. Have been trying to reach the bank directly to get this done and no answer. Antoinette Gordon's is unable to be reached. Why have a work phone if you not taking the calls. This bank is just so ridiculous and am fed up cuz after 3 weeks my card is still not in Montego Bay and now I have no access to my money.

  Overall a good bank. But their credit card application process is awful, two whole months to get a credit card after doing the process online. Called customer service and was told the card was available at my home branch, only to take time off from work to be told that the card is not there, but oh wait, it’s actually here but the information on it is incorrect: so now another 2 weeks wait. Poor.
