::I'm giving them one star only because I don't have the option to give them NONE ! I went to this branch yesterday to cash a check to myself from my business account. It took me over an hour to get absolutely nothing accomplished ! They couldn't verify my check for some reason so I had to leave after wasting an hour of my life. The employees need some serious customer service training. The employees at this branch acts as if they have some sort of superiority complex. Fast forward to today, I went to the Portmore branch... Such a quality experience. It only took me 5 minutes or even less to get what I needed done. The teller was so pleasant and the environment is clean and friendly. All he needed to verify my check was my ID and and identical signature on the back of the check. I felt profiled and offended at the New kingston branch. They needs to take a page from portmore branch's book. I would much prefer to make the 30 min drive to portmore to handle my business than to ever waste my time with the new kingston branch again. Definitely the most disappointed I've ever been. Please do better. Being in the new kingston area I assumed that the quality of customer service would be much better at this branch, but I was wrong. New Kingston branch is the worst bank I've ever been to.

::This is one of the slowest CIBC FirstCaribbean bank that I have been to. Unlike the others there is no deposit line and most of the bank is used for customer service processing on the ground floor. So one can expect to wait while doing your banking activities. Parking is also a big challenge. The staff is friendly and helpful for the times that I have been there.

::Whatever happen to single transaction line why do I have to wait 30 minutes or more to deposit some cash... No cash deposit box for people who dont have an account with them... Just plain inconvenient...I have asked why and they know it is inconvenient and don't care...they out right don't cater to people who want to use their service
