  Is lacking in there current customer service where it concerns them (heads of supervision). It's very rude to get up an leave 4-5 standing customers in line to go check off, after person's been waiting over half an hour...... Stop the line beforehand and tell us this line is closed, but don't disrespect us by just letting your cashier's get up and leave us unaware & unattended to.
