  Terrible service, I bought a package on Amazon through DHL Express on September 22 and it still hasn't been delivered to me. And they don't give me answers. They don't even deserve a star.

  DHL Express to Montego Bay is the worst experience I've ever had shipping anything to Jamaica. The staff working in the clearance department, specifically Tameka Lawrence who works in the customs clearance department, is either incompetent or does not have much support. I sent a package on the 18th of November from the UK; it arrived on the 20th. Tamika sent me the customs charges on the 26th; I paid the fees via bank transfer and forwarded the proof of payment on the 27th. Today is the 7th of November, and still, there is no delivery. It's ridiculous. When I reach out to DHL, they tell me that the item is still being cleared. What! I use the UK postal service and receive parcels way quicker than this. This service that DHL provides to Jamaica is not express at all. I hope a senior member of staff reads this review and investigates this. Also, calling and emailing them is the biggest waste of time. You have lost a customer, without a doubt.

  Terrible service when it comes to the starlink delivery. Lots of wasted time and call credit. The only saving grace is the one gentleman who kept calling to try to help. I wouldn't recommend them but then again what do you expect from a Jamaican entity (slackness).

  on your website it says next day Dilivery but ive been waiting 2 days going three days for a local delivery. how far is kingston from montego ? bay 3 hours I know for fact that yall not riding bicycle to do pickup and drop off explain that to me. my package has been in transit from yesterday my estimated pickup is friday in the late afternoon nonsence

  Very poor service at 14 sunset boulevard in Montego Bay St James my wife paid for a package to be delivered to a destination up until the point of making this post the package have not been delivered. I received a call from someone from DHL sayings that should come for my package I told him that the package should be delivered to me the person says that they not delivered island wide my wife received a email from DHL saying that the package will be delivered 11;59 pm when the office is close 5pm this is a nasty service
