::Went for a check up and Ms Barnes was super friendly and helpful. Dr Duncombe did my check up, she was very thorough made me feel very comfortable and spent her time explaining and making sure all my questions were answered. Re the environment it was clean and relaxing. There wasn’t a long wait time and they do walk ins. Would definitely recommend.

::If I could give negative stars I would…. The “nurse” tried to gaslight me that my health insurance didn’t cover a echocardiogram and a ecg and took my money out of pocket just because they didn’t want to process my insurance and they wanted money upfront even though I told them I had two insurances before even coming there. Went to uwi and the ecg was indeed covered and I paid nothing out of pocket… they also didn’t want to use my insurance for the echo saying it’s discounted so they can’t run it on the insurance and took forever to agree to give me a claim form so I could file for it myself…. Moral of the story is don’t go to this place they are not professional and they are completely dishonest.

::The staff at Dunrobin Medical is very competent and caring. I would recommend this facility to anyone because of the quality of customer service that they offer, convenience and of course you will be assisted by competent and experienced doctors. A special thank you to Nurse Barnes who offered personal care to me upon my last visit without any additional charges. This caring gesture was executed by way of observation and her years of experience to discern that I was in a lot of pain and by simply being kind in offering me a cup of tea with a genuine smile and love would alleviate the pain while I waited to go and see the doctor. Thank you Dunrobin Medical for being awesome.
