  Stayed at the villa for 2 nights. The host, Jenny was really welcoming and accessible in case we needed anything. Our room was comfortable and the amenities like ac, tv and refrigerator was a plus. The view on the balcony was the best part of the experience though. Beautiful scenery of the ocean and the cityscape. Will definitely be returning.

  Firstly outside the property is beautiful however the room were very poor. There was a lack of toiletries and when we did ask for it we got used tissues. There were also roaches in the room. Whenever we left the room we would come back and the ac was off. There was also no cable and the WiFi only worked in the living room downstairs. Despite that my family and I tried to make the best of the stay. BUT the host Jennifer was horrible. All she cared about was money and she tried to rip off my family for money. Charging for good when they weren’t even there for the meal. The service was extremely poor. I would never recommend anyone to go there. The only good thing about the place was the chef. He tried his best to please us despite them giving us reused plastic cups and forks to use. We had to go out and purchase our own

  I'm grateful I had a chance to stay at this beautiful resort. Its the perfect getaway with quiet and peaceful surroundings, they're minutes away from the airport, world class golf courses and shopping areas . The Staff went out of there way to make sure me and my family were happy, the grounds are well kept and the view is breathtaking. I highly recommend Emerald View if you want a true experience of Jamaica!!

  My wife and I had a fantastic time at the Emerald for a quick 4 day stay this past week! Miss Jennifer is a gem and made sure we had an excellent time given our short stay. When staying at the Emerald, you get to see the real Jamaica and Jennifer was our personal guide to the best attractions, best food, and best experience based on what we wanted to do. She was on point with everything and squeezed us into some tight time windows even on our last day to make sure we got the most out of our vacation. I can't recommend highly enough because we got to compare with another couple who went to Sandals who paid over 2x more for mediocre food, no excursions and another cookie cutter experience. Will be back!

  A true gem! The hotel was charming and private, prefect for a lover's getaway. The breeze from our balcony was amazing, no need for a.c. (in December). You won't get all of the perks of a major resort, however its worth the detour. Jennifer was very accommodating and welcoming; did wish they had room service and hot food on premise however all in all I'd go again!
