  The service at this bank is extremely poor. Customers are made to wait for hours for every day basic banking needs. There is no sense of egency with the workers. seems

  STAY AWAY The worst fees I have ever received. We are well traveled enough to know to decline conversion by the machine and accept my banks conversion. Somehow use of this machine charged us nearly $30 USD above market rate for exchange. I don't know the magic behind how they made it so bad. Scotiabank in Ochi was like $6USD after my bank and their ATM fees. Use the Scotiabank ATM attached to the gas station. Look at my past reviews. Only positives, this machine deserves this review. DO NOT USE AS A FOREIGNER.

  Their customer service is great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with their service.

  Call this branch twice from the USA. Was put on hold for 5mins and10mins respectively. Still unable to get through to speak to someone. I will be closing my account the next time I visit. I opened this account since 1976.

  The best location ever with the greatest customer service I've come across . Detailed , timely, patient and understanding.
