::This bank should not get even one star. All they do is close out unresolved request. I will not use this bank ever again. Not a Caribbean bank at all. No help, lies they tell customer and close my case. Closing my account with this bank worst customer support ever

::The manager at the bank is one of the worst, I sent email to her to get information and all now they can't respond. They are slow and not customer friendly.

::Arrive at the bank at about 10 am been standing until 3pm and was told the time as expired have to leave and return on May 3 2022 went to report charges to my saving account as a senior. I was told to wait to see customer service it was a representative she was taking 2hours to attend to a customer. No personnel to speak to bank attitudes was very atrocious..I have never experience such offensive behaviors to the public. I think if their are employees from the call center and the bank have contractual arrangements they should send personnel to their offices to open accounts instead of letting hundreds of them descending on the bank facilities it's very bad I have to reschedule my flight to back today its very bad not first time disrespect to the public

::FCIB bank is the best bank in the whole world. Excellent customer service and they move quickly. They observe all Covid 19 protocols. You are greeted by one of the security guards at the door, and after every transaction the counters are wiped clean for the next customer, and this is observed at all locations. I love them. I have been banking with them for almost 12 years, and no complaints. Awesome service and banking.

::This has to be the most inefficient CIBC bank . If you come to the bank at 8:30am when it opens, don’t expect to get through until closing at 2:30pm. This will happen if only two customers are in front of you to see customer service. That is ridiculous . This bank should definitely consider doing everything online rather than in person service . A complete waste of your day.
