::The food is great, nice ambiance, (dress nicely) the wine selection is great, you can also buy a bottle or two to take home. They are also opened for breakfast, they have a bar called the OAK as well, stop by and have a drink and a order of fries (my fav). It's a great place for a first date, anniversary, birthday celebration etc.

::I arrived at fromage bistro around eleven this morning and was greeted warmly at the door. Me and my husband had just arrived from a long bus ride from the country and we planned on coming here to try the eggs Benedict and I had been craving it and he wanted to try it for the first time. The hostess asked my husband of he had a shirt as he was just wearing a tank top. We told her no he doesn't have another shirt and she said in order to go. Into the restaurant he needs to put on a shirt.. She then offers to seat is outside and we agree.. On the way outside she badgers him more saying " you need to be wearing a shirt to eat inside you need to be wearing a shirt you understand you understand??" ". He was left feeling humiliated like some kind of leper that needs to be separated from the general population. I'm not sure if this is a standard rule or if they were just discriminating against him because he has tattoos (very common in jamaica).we ended up leaving right after that not even ordering drink just feeling so disrespected.. I really had high hopes for this place but I can't be spending money at an establishment that is going to treat people that way..

::Always a pleasure eating at this cozy joint. The servers are always super pleasant and the food is divine. Be sure to start of with any of their signature bisques...my favourite is the lobster! Also, the corned pork Mac and Cheese is food straight from heaven! Great spot for daytime lunch... Check out Oak Bar upstairs for a delicious drink-fuelled girls night.

::Made reservations and when we got to the restaurant our table was reserved and we were seated quickly. The server was great, he explained any misconceptions on the menu and the food was delivered in a timely manner. The salad I ordered was the best I’ve ever had and I usually HATE salads. The setting was intimate however, I wish the menu had a bit more options and variety. Great place otherwise!

::Food was great, it never disappoints. The prices are alright - the working class and University students alike can come and enjoy a great meal. The quaintness of the place coupled with the modern furniture makes you feel like you’ve found a hidden gem that is off the radar. But we all know everyone and their mom likes Fromage!
