::The office is really nice but I did not have the best experience here. I had an appointment at 9 (which I was half an hour late for and called ahead to notify the staff and I was told that I could see the dentist the following hour). So I arrived and was told the 9:30 appointment person was in and I would be next after her by at least 10, so I said ok and waited. It took hours before I got to see the dentist and what irritated me was that the receptionist did not even come out once while I waited to say anything at all to me during my three hour wait. Ironically, when I was in with the dentist she was actually in the lobby. Then when it came to actually seeing the dentist, I was there for a cleaning. I have done multiple cleanings before and I was trying this place out for the first time and it was the worst I've honestly experienced. There was nothing 'gentle' about the care I was given while in with the dentist outside the fact that she was soft spoken. Her grip was a strong on my lips while she was working (which left my lips swollen) and the scaler ( the pointy thing to clean your teeth) nicked the OUTSIDE of my upper lip. If it was the inside I could have understood but the outside?? What then was the purpose of gripping my lip so hard and pulling it away from my teeth? (I didn't get the chance to even say anything about her grip because 1. she had a sharp object in my mouth and 2. when she wasn't using the scaler, she was practically trying to shove the thing that sucks the water out of your mouth down my throat, it did slightly hurt). I don't even know the name of the receptionist or the dentist and that's a first because most dentists introduce themselves to me before they start working and some might even tell you the name of their tools as old as you are. Honestly from this experience, I wouldn't recommend based on what I mentioned above but outside that, the dentist cleans very nicely and she did a good. I do like the finished product but I wouldn't return if that's the treatment should expect from a medical professional.
