::I really love this place so much. Very convenient,staff amazing, superb Crystal from food and beverage. A few points to exceed expectations is 1) put curtains in bathroom-my room bathroom was completely clear, anyone could stand outside and watch me- not good at all. 2) do something with the mosquito, they had a feast on me for the night ... Other than that your amazing.

::Nice clean hotel. Some rooms are not as modern as pics, so ask for newer rooms. Stellar night time views of the city. Very quiet and serene.

::Poor service from start, when we get there the bag person was at the front, as soon as we stepped out he went. The receptionist at the front desk was nowhere near friendly and went more to talk to a staff and ignored us. The room was nothing like the pictures they have, coffee maker with no sugar or milk, a toilet that I had to do some plumbing on and that bath was nothing you want to relax in. They gave us 2 bottles of shampoos lol and no soap. There was no WiFi in our room at all. For dinner the prices at the restuarant were extortionate. At breakfast it was nothing like we expected, fried dumplings were so hard you could use it to stone dogs, their so called "orange juice" was squash (beverage concentrate). We booked 2 days and we only spent 1. Definitely not recommended.

::What I would like to see happen here is, for some decent cleaning supplies be used when cleaning the bathroom. Mold and mildew was everywhere in the cracks. Rm.404 smh. Property is pretty HOWEVER it is NOT being well maintained to deserve the title in which it boasts "Grand" Port Royal. PLEASE management look into putting some funds into the property. It would be ashamed for it to go to waste.

::Wir verbrachten hier eine Nacht als wir auf Rundreise waren. Ich kann jetzt nur für das Zimmer 102 sprechen. Im Zimmer waren Wände und Boden nass weil wahrscheinlich den Tag über alle Türen offen waren (hat man bei unbelegten Zimmern gesehen)und dann bei einschalten der Klimaanlage kondensiert ist. Natürlich waren auch bett und Kleidung dementsprechend "klamm" Diese Vorgehensweise scheint hier aber nicht unüblich zu sein, weil das Zimmer an vielen Stellen schimmelt. In unserem Zimmer war es über Nacht so feucht, dass sogar mein Telefon ausgefallen ist. Abends stank das ganze Zimmer (weil alle Türen und Fenster absolut undicht sind) nach Abgasen in Kombination mit Insektengift. Im Zimmer war es nicht mehr auszuhalten. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich, machte aber insgesamt einen eher unprofessionellen Eindruck. Positiv war das Frühstück und das Personal im Restaurant und der Bar. Wir waren bei unserem Aufenthalt in Jamaika insgesamt in 6 Hotels wobei das Grand Port Royal mit sehr großem Abstand das schlechteste war. Also Grand und Royal ist hier nun wirklich nichts. Wir möchten das Hotel auf keinen Fall wieder besuchen und raten auch davon ab, hier einzuchecken
