  First time using them to receive a zip mail package and this was awful. They did not call nor text to state the have the package there and automatically send it back to the sender. And then have the nerve to say they don’t know why u weren’t contacted. What kind of slackness that!!!

  A package was received at the post office for me since Aug. 12, 2019. I am still not able to collect same. All this back and fort (since Aug. 20th) to collect a certificate. The Central Sorting Office has indicated that the package was sent to the HWT location. Up to now...at 5pm I am still unable to collect. This is the worst service I have ever received from a government office. Please implement corrective measures to rectify this situation.

  Serving the nation from one generation to the next. The Post Office is centrally located and remains a favorite locus for sending and receiving mails. You can tell when it is 8:00 clock you can guarantee they open on time.

  I always get my packages on time, with polite staff. The facility just needs renovation and service could be a little more tech-friendly.

  First experience wasn't bad. Buy a $70 stamp and the mail should be delivered by 2 or 3 days
