  Bad hotel, there is no one who speaks Spanish or tries to help us, the buffet restaurant has poor food for a Hilton. DISAPPOINTING.

  Could it get any worse? No air-conditioning for the whole stay…90 degrees in the rooms. Worse yet is that it’s been broken for over 3 weeks and they informed us the day before we were set to arrive. Other issues include broken internet and generally shabby and cramped rooms. Food is average. Just avoid this place and stay at the Hyatt next door. I have nothing but good things to say about them.
