  Friendly and informative staff. This wad far different from previous experiences I've had where the staff acted as if they were doing you a colossal flavour just to answer a question. My experience with their call centre was also very positive. The customer service lady promised to investigate which branches had a certain product in stock and to call me back. She did! Kudos. Rapid True Value has greatly improved.

  Multiple assortment of household and hardware items. Security present both inside and outside in the parking lot.

  A good place to get hardware and household items. Their prices are a bit on the expensive side but the quality is good. Parking should not be a problem.
