  Doctor Jerome Howell is definitely a good doctor but customer service is poor he needs better help around him else he will lose many patients and fail at getting new ones.

  I have been with this Doctor from High School and the other day I went to his office and they refused to help because I didn't have my health card on me. I had to send my colleagues for it. I was feeling chest pains because I am asthmatic. I am now with another Doctor.

  It was a good experience overall. No complaints except for the wait which was a little lengthy
