::Island Grill Manor Park's service is deteriorating at an increasing rate. This is not a reflection of the entire staff as there are some gems on the Frontline with genuine smiles, superior interpersonal skills and excellent product knowledge. Management has however become laxed. Key items are constantly missing from the menu with unacceptable wait times, if any wait time is provided at all. Staff argue openly with each other on the Frontline and with members on the backline. Customers are not spared from this abrasive assault. "Attendants" have no patience with customers, appearing distracted and annoyed while defending the blunders they make of the orders. An offended customer is more likely to get marked close by an overzealous security guard than to have someone in Management step forward to resolve a customer service issue. Mark my words, food establishments with poor management are a threat to your health. There are far more palatable options nearby.

::Sovereign location always has a long line and quite a wait so don't leave it until you're really hungry to go there. Find the Manor Park location a lot quicker

::The store is clean, it was full but service was very slow and the cashier's face told a different story. She was getting very frustrated with a customer who was in front of me and pulled her hat down to cover the rolling eyes and turned up lips. Overall the experience was good. Just the usual lacking in proper customer service.

::Was roasting inside the store until the security eventually turned up the AC which felt like it didn't make a difference. Waited ions for my bowl of soup... I did enjoy it however given the lengthy and uncomfortable wait.
