::My only problem is the waiting time to see the doctor is extremely long...and I guess it's because he is the only general doctor that's working...I do hope that they will get another doctor to ease the frustration from patients and the pressure off the doctor very soon...

::Office open at 9am. Up to after 10 no nurse nor receptionist is answering the phone and you go and sitting for over 1 hour and no one is there to say anything to you. Really unacceptable especially since people visit cause they aren't well. Dr. Williams is a great doctor but the service before seeing him is extremely poor.

::MOH needs to inspect some of these private health centers like Island Health Centre. Bad customer service seems to be quite okay with the owner/doctor. At this place, don't expect to walk into the center with waiting room and/or customer service areas. In this 21st century, paying customers have to stand outside in the hot sun or rain....hopefully they came in a car and can wait there. NO ONE answers the phone! But, may be this is a good thing though to alert people to call another center in Portmore where a courteous employee will answer the phone and answer questions, etc. about getting blood work done. People, stop putting up with bad service! Go to another centre where you will be treated with respect! After all, you are paying your hard earned money!

::Worst lab ever, having to wait outside in hot sun just to get price while sole person deals with someone one... very poor customer service. Had to leave after 20 minutes of waiting and nobody saying anything.

::Wait time is forever, phone rings without answer way too often. Dr Williams is very good at what he does and is very professional, he makes up for the long wait.
