::Always a positive experience. Everyone is always friendly, warm and responsive. This week was 'Spirit Week' and they were even more bubbly than normal. I can't say that I look forward to my visits but I can say that they always relax me and make me feel comfortable and they always check that I am okay with the procedure.

::I had my first experience with Jamaica Cosmetic Dental Services and it was a pleasant one. The place is clean and the staff is friendly and polite. I was very impressed with the service provided. Just one area of improvement and that is patient confidentiality. The receptionist was verbally asking for very personal information in a public place (the reception area with other patients in ear shot) My date of birth, address, additional phone #, medical condition, drugs being taken. I was not impressed by that. Perhaps management could review this policy and take steps to improve how information like this is gathered.

::This is a great experience. The ambience is very pleasant, clean and modern. I loved their old office and miss looking out at their garden from the dentist's chair! But the new office is thoughtfully designed. Most importantly, the warm and friendly service is exceptional and the dental work is amazing, using the latest technology. Plus all the little extras: coffee/tea, music in your headphones, warm towels etc. I appreciate all those things.
