  Spent two wonderful nights at the Jamaica Palace Hotel. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is a unique, quiet hideaway nestled in the hills surrounded by lushed green tropical foliage and fruit trees; there are tons of beautiful artwork throughout the property. We'll be back for a longer stay.

  We felt like royalty for a couple of days. We were greeted by the most pleasant staff from we entered the property. The front desk staff ensured we got to our rooms with no issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our complimentary breakfast. We loved that it was to order and not buffet. Our server Ryan gave us 5 star service for 2 days. The only negative about this beautiful property is the fact that there was no Kleenex in our rooms, and the WIFI was very poor. Overall a great place for any kind of get away

  If you're looking for a quiet getaway, this is the place for you. A nice view, an amazing room design and friendly staff, you will enjoy your stay like I did.

  Breakfast was ok and complimentary. Taste a little old like left overs. The room smells like mothballs but it was clean. There was hot water, tv , wufi and 2 outlets in the room. The villa has a nice size yard for events and a pool. The staff was friendly. Overall low 4 but remember this is an island and in a more secluded area.

  The place is nice quiet & a clean. Good little get away. The staff for the most of are pleasant . Ms. Chandler a dietary staff was a delight to have as our server. The food was nothing to talk about though. Chef needs some help.
