  Absolutely worst customer service for a bank. Literally calling for days and no answer.

  Very poor customer service from their Insurance Broker, Beverley Williams. She issued me a temporary insurance coverage that is valid for 1 month while she made me wait the entire duration of the 1 month for her to have the insurance company send and approve the certificate. If I do not call her she does not call to update me on the status of my policy (which I paid in full for 12 months). Now my temporary coverage expires on January 26th 2018 and she still has not contacted me to advise me as to what the next step will be. I will never do business with JMMB's insurance brokers again! It has been an absolute nightmare from the start.
