::Nice seating arrangement and automated number calling assistance. Nice staff, service and environment. They also have wifi for their customers, which makes it convenient for those who want to do transactions or surf the net to pass the wait time. This bank is a bit of a walk to get to if you do not drive, since it's a good distance up Ward Avenue. The parking space is not enough, in my estimation, but the security will do his best to navigate a spot for you. It's not a big bank as NCB or Scotia, but it's a good institution to do business.
