::The customer service at JN Falmouth branch has always been superb from my experience, today was no different. Thanks to Amoy who assisted me in my request. I left my bank card and account information, she relalized from a far I was in ponder and assisted. Other banking institutions would have asked and recommended a solution, not her, she took on the challenge of asking for my documents and proceeded to assist me. Now I'm in the line about to meet another fantastic JN employee😀
