  They r the worst Bank on this planet.. the don't care about there customers they don't help you to get ahead e zee to get u approved I give them that .but is just a trap to suck you dry I will never recommend any one to them ,they don't communicate with u and till its get real ridiculous on the last min .. save you the headache don't go there

  Too many issues with ATM machines being out of service, out of certain notes, out of money. Locations are convenient but need more.

  I am very dissatisfied with my service here at JN, I have been having an issue over weeks now i call multiple times and the only answer is someone will either call back or send an email and up until this day no one has reached out to me, very bad customer service and assisting customers.

  Would not recommend !!!!! Waited over 3HRS just to create an account and still wasn't able to do so. Customer service was chaotic, no sense of urgency or care for people's time. First impression counts and after what I experienced, I definitely wont be banking with JN Bank.

  I did a international wire transfer from my overseas account to my jn Jamaica account.i have a US and a JM account. Was sending cash to my JM account, ending typing us account # as it's just one digit difference. From the 27 a July.All now I cannot get my money I went to jn several times. I ended going bank to my bank and pay for a recall. That's over 2weeks Yet I still can't get my money . HELP!!
