  Bank was full, the office space for the bank is too small.

  Kinda small however convenient in the middle of the town and of course good customer service. You have to find parking elsewhere though.

  Lots of bad and i will list them but 5 stars for exceptional service when it matters most. Still Space small long lines few tellers Inefficient atm

  The service in this entity is poor. it is common place for customers to stand or sit for hours before being served. There needs to be a total overhaul of this branch. In fact I believe the principals of JN are short sighted to have such a crunch up place in the fastest expanding town in Jamaica. I shake my head at the lack of vision of these decision makers. For a bit of free advise JN should be seeking to buy land to build a modern state of the art banking facility in Old Harbour and take market share from the other two" idlers" that sit in the heart of the "muck" in our Town and are busy extracting wealth from the people without contributing to the Towns development
