  On Wed. Dec 7, 2022 I made an edeposit intended for payment to a third party. I received no receipt after the process. I had to wait in branch for 3 hours to speak to a rep who told be it would be processed within 3-5 business days. This was a cash transaction done at the Montego Branch. I was told it would be reconciled in Kingston. I asked, how may I check the status of the transaction. The rep told me to wait while she logged the report. I received a query# and contact # . The contact number is automated with no option for the query. I'm frustrated.Tell me now must I go back inbranch and be patient as I was on the day in question?
