  Had my worst banking experience today from this branch. Ms. Hines a loan officer who I have been talking to for weeks and finally met today was immediately judgmental when I walked in and stereotyped. She basically told me I was not going to get the loan even before looking over my documents and low and behold she searched through only to find one single problem on my credit report. This lady was rude and condescending and I would never do business with this bank. I was so disgusted by how she talked to me and handled my transaction that I will ensure to send her the approval from another institution when I get it! Absolutely disgusting!

  Imagine having to replace your debit card just to hear neither the Catherine Hall nor the Montego Bay branch can not help you because their card machine is down. Disappointment at its best.
