::I really enjoyed my zinger I would recommend it 24/7 never had a bad moment with it ,shout out to C.Jones for making the experience a good one, she was friendly,I cracked a joke and she smiled.

::Stuff ran out n I had to wait too long for just 2 items, was even contemplating leaving them, but I stayed the course n eventually got them in dbl the wait time they gave me..... Oh well🤷. Abt 2 other customers were requesting refunds. Hence the reason for my 3 stars for service.

::If it was possible to leave 0 stars I would since we left without our food been given to us. Tourists in Jamaica, was asked to use contactless for credit card but used phone instead. Then told after making an approved payment that we won't be receiving neither the food or the refund and that we would have to contact the bank for a refund. Manager had the charm of Miss Trunchbull, I've never been somewhere and charged for food I wasn't going to get.

::This KFC updates every five years, so it really looks trendy and comfortable. A lot of people visit this location so on public holidays or weekends you may have to wait a bit to be served. The food is the typical KFC that you can enjoy in Jamaica. Tasty as usual. The spicy meal is the best, in my opinion. You have to try it. The zinger sandwich has been a long-time favorite of many customers, but I don't think it is amazing as it once was. There is also an upstair seating location, which I'm not sure if it's for groups or particular seasons, but I have never seen it in use . It is newly refurbished and would be good for large groups, perhaps on request.
