  Chicken was freshly made and customer service was ok. Tables were all very messy tho and no one cleaned up, even tho the store was full with customers who seemingly wished to dine in.

  This KFC was awesome. It reminds me of when I was a boy growing up.

  My experience at down town habour street was not good. I had to wait quite a bit before I got my order... only one cashier was operating and one person serving while I saw several other employees walking up and down very leisurely two even playing while the customers are waiting. .. even asked the lady that appeared to be the supervisor and her respond was so not business like... the cashier has to go on her snack break now so she took over and the other person on the serving line was on a snack break... so what...why I care when I am spending my money.... don't explain that to me fix the problem...

  It's a food chain more or less consistent with any other you've been to.

  Wish i could give 0 . Customer service is below zero. Worst customer service on the planet. Update; I bought a Zinger there. Of course , after waiting almost an hour i had to just catch my food when the unpleasant later tossed it, and run out. When I got back to work and took a bite, the taste was off. I take a look inside, it was burnt. Believe that? How tf do you do that? Okay, lemmi eat some fries...lo, the ketchup packages had mould growing all over them. I didn't go back. I didn't have the time, but even if I did, I know the staff would do nothing but insult and embarrass me. I've gone there long enough to know that.
