  This place is soooo yummy! They shipped my Gluten free bun all the way to the U.K. And their bread pudding is LOVELY. I will def be ordering from them again, xx.

  Ordered a vegan strawberry filled cake. The finish was sloppy but I just wanted to see what the cake taste like. Well, when I cut into the cake there were three layers. The top was harder than pudding, and was literally inedible. The two bottom layers crumbled apart and were so extremely sweet. I requested strawberry filling but there was none besides a tiny layer of red syrup which was literally less than 1mm in height. The overall presentation and taste of the cake was atrocious. Even my 7-year old nice didn't eat the cake because she said "it taste bad". My sister laughed so hard at what was supposed to be something that was paid for to be done by professionals. I tried to make the most out of it since I had to pay so much but I ended up throwing away more than half of the cake. If I could post the pictures I would. Payed about $8400.00 for the cake. I made a complaint and even sent a picture of the cake. They offered to compensate with a fruit cake but I declined because I don't like fruit cake. They then insisted that they wanted to compensate and to provide them with an address to send the compensated product. I did that and I got no phone calls or a message from them stating that they were unable to make the delivery. I sent them a message about a week after asking why I have not heard from them. They said they apologized for what happen and that they would have made the delivery the other day. The next day came and I got a message about 10:35pm in the night that they were unable to do the delivery as as they were way out of my delivery zone and that they hope they can compensate me on my next order. I honestly do not intend on ordering from this bakery again. They gave me a horrible cake, did not deliver by compensation like they promised, twice, and hope that I will order from them again to compensate at that time. They intentionally did not want to compensate me. Horrible product and service! I guess I will just have to consider that money my loss. I guess people no longer understand the value of people's hard earned money! I ordered a vegan strawberry filled cake from another bakery. The cake tasted so much better, the finish was great and it only cost me $4500.00. I honestly felt like I tossed $8400.00 down the drain. I am hurt as I really did sacrifice to buy the cake on Ben Johnson month. :(
