Wished I could give zero star. Poor customer service from doctors and they lie to patients when they don’t want to answer questions. You tell doctors can I ask you a question and he just look at you and keep right on going. These Cuban doctor have no Manners. Tax payers hard earned money pay them and they ignore patients. This hospital needs to shake up

Few days ago, my dad fell ill and i took him to the hospital. I'm pleased to say the staff were friendly in a professional way and very through in their treatment. My dad is old and so he might over explain alot. The nurses that took care of him listened patiently not to mention Dr. Hunter. I want to say thank you and keep up the good work.

I visited seeing that the place have been upgraded hoping that the services would have as well, but nope... It got worst... The nurses and security could care less of the condition you're in... You health is at the discretion of there availability from the devices. The person they placed at what should be a front desk is a security which just say "siddung ova dh suh. Nurse aguh come to yuh". I sat as instructed for hours and I came and saw people complaining they have been here for hours. Nobody has come to check on anyone. This staff can be easily replaced with new graduates that actually wanna do the job. Then they have the audacity to strike for raise. I should have been the government!

I asked a question and the nurse cussed me out because I did not come from Jamaica and had unrealistic expectations of the medical care... and before I could respond hung up the phone. I was in shock and it took me a second to remember that in my day to day life I work in Medical Education and am fully aware of what the realistic expectations are for an emergency care department at a hospital like this can be. Basic customer service and manners should not be hard to provide as they do not require any government funding or money. At best find people with basic service skills to answer your phones. SHAME ON YOU

I call this hospital nurses with an attitude the nurses have to much attitude. This hospital need more kind and experience nurses the service is very slow, i mean very slow.If you come here to this hospital be prepare to bring your bed and your pillow that's how long it will take to be seen by Doctor. Also don't come here as an emergency situation with your self or you children you will surely die. ( JUST KEEPING IT REAL)
