  I collected a few packages here. The process was fairly easy. No issues whatsoever. Great customer service.

  The only place I could actually get the jamaica post boxes to ship items overseas.

  This is the worst service ever! I have to be calling and calling before they send a message to say the package have arrived and the package has been sent off for more than 24 hrs they need to upgrade their customer service!!!!!

  Appalling customer service from one member of staff who told me that he had to see what was in the envelope before posting, I was made to open the letter so that he could read the contents, a blatant breach of my privacy. This is not a policy! If asked to open your mail, ask to speak to a manager.

  Considerable customer friendly staff that are happy and driven to assist. Whether it be general questions or to gain some information about a package you are to receive. Overall the Post Office is fantastic.
