  Warm and friendly customer service over the telephone and also in person. I took my daughter for a consultation on December 20,2017 and got really good customer service from the receptionist, hygienists and the dentist. The dentist, doctor Christopher Lyew was very informative and took time explaining the pros and cons and gave recommendations where needed so I would be bettter able to make an educated decision as to my way forward. He was gentle and took his time with her. The hygienists was also very pleasant and helpful. The lobby area however, needs to reflect the warm, friendly and plesant personalities of the staff. It locked luster.
