  The office is pretty spacious and aptly located in downtown Montego Bay. The staff are friendly but the service is very slow. The postal service all over the island is very poor. A lot of delay in delivery, no proper communication, poor customer service, and international mailing options are almost non-existent.

  Needs to have an email in place. I called and the representative and he was so slow that I had to end the call due to my minutes running down

  Big and spacious. Seems to operate fine, online packages will take a while to arrive. Good customer service!
