  - Poor customer service. - Poorly trained employees that lack knowledge of their own products & services. - extremely long wait time. These are just a few in the long list of things wrong with National Commercial Bank NCB. I’d rather die before doing business with this bank in future. I’ve since closed my account and severed all ties with them. Would only recommend to those who enjoy being frustrated with their service or those who have time to waste.

  It's excellent I only have two problems I went yesterday got through quickly but the only problem I have is when you call them I was waiting for like three minutes on my credit the company needs more people or something because everytime I call they are always busy with other customers

  No camera outside or proper security. A lot of person's have been robbed after leaving, some trailed from the bank. No camera to provide video of possible perpetrators. Some suggest workers at the bank could possibly be feeding information to the robbers.
