::Worst bank to go to customer service poor very poor yesterday I went to the bank from before the bank was open wanted open an account they told us that someone would look at our documents to see in we have the correct information to open an account 1 u won't get a ticket if you don't have the correct information but luckily I got. Any ways I got 63 and I was there waiting out side for my number to call I was waiting for hours people standing on my foot from i came 6 hours standing before my number was called when I finally went inside the bank I was waiting for a next 2 hours before I can actually get to one of the customers service people when I wet to speak to her she asked me what am I here for told her I'm opening an account she asked for my documents gave them to her when I did so she is going to tell me the the address on the registration form have to be the same on the proof of address and because of the she can give me a card when I had on the registration form was main street Whitehouse P.O Westmoreland and the proof of address had Whitehouse disct. Whitehouse P.O Westmoreland and just before of the I could not get a card and unnu call that customer service after wait for 8 hours and on top of that I didn't even eat anything before I went I did not expect to be at a bank for the hole entire day

::Been at the NCB in savann la mar With my disable dad from 11:30am abd now is 2:00 pm and have not see a customer service agent as yet . This is out right the worst service . I hope the CEO see this review . I have limited time in Jamaica and this is my second day at the bank . This bank is violating HIPPA , have to be showing security guards you information in order to receive assistance . 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

::NCB is one of the very popular bank in Jamaica. The staff are kind and friendly but the service in the branch is very slow. It could be attributed to the fact that the bank has a large clientele. I understand that the bank has been encouraging them to use 24 hour electronic banking machines but still the wait in the bank is sometimes too long.
