::As a client of the bank, it is amazing that I have called repeatedly requesting to speak to a rep, this to include even the manager, at no time was anyone available. I asked for the email address for the manager, and was told that it could not be given. The customer "care" rep went as far as to tell me that she could not provide me with his extension - it's a good thing I didn't ask. Ii can't imagine what the response would have been had I ask for his mobile number. It is amazing that managers in such institutions consider their client of little or no worth; seemingly showing "care" only when the status quo is of what is considered elite.

::This NCB location is alway operating at capacity, the traffic volume too great for this branch. If I came there I would spend 2 hrs just trying to access basic banking facilities. However there is parking and staff seem professional, despite the constant bombarding of customers.

::Cross Road NCB is the worst bank I have come across all my years of banking. Poor customer service. Where in these modern times you spend over two hours in a bank to do a simply transaction. Need to close down because they are obviously not about business.

::NCB, ah boy, how soon we forget. I keep forgetting how bad the service at this bank is normally. The last time I received poor service there, I withdrew most of my money and let it go dormant. One good sparks always for the Cross Roads branch is a gentleman who always walks the floor. He is always helpful. I appreciate his help even more when the ones responsible for the information is provides you with poor service. I was at the Cross Roads branch in April 2019 and they had 4 tellers, 1 for senior citizens, 2 for companies and 1 for the everyone else. Drama ensued, 1 senior citizen who was waiting her turn went ballastic when her teller went missing for ages. Few persons started complaining from the regular line when they realized that persons just coming in to join the company line were getting through after they had been waiting for over an hour. After finally getting through in the regular line I decided to get some information from a Ms. McDonald regarding the Wigton Farms IPO (Initial Public Offering). That was a total waste of my time. But I still wanted to try this IPO as well as get myself on NCB's new online portal (what! no more going in to a broker to sign up for an IPO; me deh deh). So the next day I decided to try another branch, a friend of mine went ahead of me to the New Kingston branch. His ordeal made me decide to forget about this IPO. Luckily there are other banks and brokers so I can pick and choose the quality of service I want to receive.

::Banking here is okay. The bank on the go area really makes things better.
