  Beryllium came to service the machines on Friday September 22. Serviced 2 out of 3 and decided to sabotage customers by not opening the 2 stalls until they completed all 3 machines. All they did was talked about their personal business. That's why it's so easy for the robbers. These guys are morons.

  Customer service is okay, but tellers do not understand the concept of time. They are extremely slow and don't care for people's time. I am a very weak individual who can barely stand for long periods of time and there is barely any place to sit.

  Worst customer experience at the Santa Cruz Branch. It takes 2 hours minimum to go from 8 -15. Not recommended to do business with. They do not even have a tent for waiting. Wow NCB

  If I could give a zero star rating I would, worst customer service ever in my entire life. Y'all need to do better!
