::Customer Service is nil! I was kept shuffling from one chair to the next for help with online banking. When one person actually spoke to me she said I could make an appointment online. I kept trying to tell her I couldn't get on the website. She proceeded to take out her phone and started to tell my nephew how to show me how to go to their website. (I am my nephew's IT teacher.)

::If it was possible to get less than a 1 star I would do that. Been in the bank since 10:30am. Went up to the CSR and was in process after almost an hour. They required verification of documents which I did and got the email they requested. Next thing they are requesting information that has nothing to do with Jamaica. Like wth!!!! Low and below the rep assisting me got up and went for lunch leaving me sitting and having to wait for the next agent, who was busy with another customer. After 2 full hours I got fed up and left. Closing an account should not be so difficult and yet they wonder why everyone wants to close their accounts with them. NCB U NEED TO DO BETTER!!!! Oh by the way the securities at the doors were amazing. They were the only good part of the day.

::Let me say at the outset that I like banking with NCB for a number of reasons. One of those reasons is that their fees are not as exorbitant as other banks. At least, that is my view. Their location in Mandeville is another. It is easily accessible and there is ample parking space available. I also like the freedom to bank at any time via the smart ABMs. However, I have two major gripes with NCB Mandeville branch. One, the lines are normally too long. Whether you are going to transact regular business or you are trying to access customer service, you have to wait for too long. The second issue I have with NCB Mandeville is the apparently mediocre smart ABMs that are on location. Although they make banking convenient, they break down too often. Almost every time I visit that branch to transact business via the smart ABMs, either one of them or both of them aren't working or one isn't accepting deposits and the other isn't processing withdrawals. They need to work on this terrible problem forthwith. I'd like to give the branch five stars, but due to the issues that I have faced there, I have to give it three stars for now. If things improved any time soon, I would change my review.

::The building is wonderful and the banking hall very spacious. The on the go banking area has made banking super convenient. Ample parking space is available for those who drive.
