  These people leave you on the side if they claim they don't understand your situation. I was waiting to be assisted (as instructed) but they just abandon me. Super disappointing place.. Super!

  The usual crowd. I had 8 customers in front of me. THE NCB ATM custodian made the queue flow most efficiently and quickly. If a customer had issues he sorted it quickly and called up the next. 👍👍

  The young man that should be dealing with app is very slow and walk about top much have you waiting for hours before looking at you

  The lines are almost always long at this branch and the tellers are slow. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because some of the tellers are pleasant.
