  I sent money from France for 2 weeks. I have proof that the money reach in Kingston but they still tell us that the money never reach. This is the worst experience I’ve had with a bank. Don’t take people for fool , we know something is wrong with you all. Release the money or send it back to the sender.

  As with most ATMs especially NCB it's Russian Roulette if it is working. Two machines available one of which is withdrawal only. You are lucky if the multipurpose one is doing all its functions and not out of cash/hardware error😒

  J.C.B.I think that they are a group of people that set out to rip off people money ,they are a set of thieves. Every month they take 700 out of my account, every month I try to terminate my account they're not answering my call, I send a letter with all the information and them say they did not get it. I try email and email fail several times ,I called, even now and I speak with someone and they ask please hold and I was cut out.I am tired of buying card to call and not getting through. They are not to be trusted.
