  Need to speed up the time it takes for one to get through at the bank.... its such a hassle and a drag to go to the bank and have to be there for over and hour sometimes for a seemingly simple process its really heartbreaking.

  Spacious location, nonetheless I prefer to get to the bank first thing in the morning especially when dealing with customer service. Find that works best for me. Otherwise you can expect some waiting time.

  Customer representative at Ncb can be hard to deal with at times I spend 1 hour and 48 mins waiting to talk to a rep then first time they hang up. When I finally got thru I answer every possible question the not so friendly rep as me to give an estimate of an recent amount I gave an estimate she is tell me it doesn't corresponding when it's the detail figure I gave her and the time 😡 😡 😡 kmt waste of my time and credit that I work so hard for

  Badly designed Drive Through; waited one hour to get to the ATM Teller.
