  Having lived in Linstead for the past six months i had no idea that this is a branch because it is completely surrounded by vendors and people using the abm, that's said, thank you for bringing my attention to it I must say the customer service of this bank is atrocious not much better than victoria mutual but if you need your money and that's where it stored I'm afraid you have to put up with long waits in line long queues and lonnng telephone calls its just the way life is in these banks... Teaches you to have patience lol

  It wasn't an good experience but it wasn't entirely bad. I got there from 7 : 30am, I was in 6th place. A gentleman then came out at 08: 25am and said some stuff unorganized in my opinion causing me to get number 14 in the lot and end when he claimed that everyone was in the lines properly in his eye's. Please note I know nthn about all these different lines etc. So me and the other 50 add ppl in the line was more than confused after he said that and everyone was rushing to get in a space. This nice lady remembered she saw me from early and put me infront of her, reason for me getting number 14. How I got in side is another drama, well 3 other persons infront of me left when they saw 11 : 30 am come and the lady that got number 1 came out and said a one person a work. Inside was way better. They have an awesome customer care service.....I can't remember the lady's name but she was so nice and extremely polite. I got through at 12 : 50pm. All in all go early and try jump in front once yuh see the gentleman come out.

  NCB linstead branch is the worst, I’m trying to access the bank from last year November to start doing online banking. On one occasion I was told that the persons in charge of online banking is on lunch once they off lunch I would get through I waited a hour just to hear that they have close off that’s very unprofessional. I went again to sort out my online banking I arrive at 8:30am n I waited until 12:00am ( (with just 10 persons before me) they are very slow. This branch is definitely not recommended. Better the customers go to Kingston or ochi Rio branch this is total stupidness either the staff needs to be change or hire more workers it’s like they having a go slow everyday don’t waste your time at Linstead branch,on another occasion i came in the morning about 9:00am I was told they not giving out anymore tickets Something need to be done by linstead branch very poor customer service it’s awful I’m not going back to linstead branch this totally outrageous smh

  Not sure what is happening at your Linstead Branch but something needs to be done. The customer service there is non existent and to make matters worst, when you call "customer service" your calls is disconnected when they're not reaching the branches you request.
