  Don't ever used NBC ATM if you have an international card. Or the May Pen Branch. The staff are so incompetent. It takes waiting in the bank for over 45 minutes to remember the protocol.

  This institution is very modern in terms of technology, but lacks competency in having a fast/speedy service! Expect long lines if you don’t book an appointment (when opening an account book an appointment, if not done expect waiting for 6-10hrs)

  Been to this branch from before 6am and didn't get through until 3pm.When asked they said they were 'short staffed' come in its Monday why isnt there a full staff on a 'Monday morning'.

  The RED tape at this BANK is unbelievable, this is one of the reason this banking institution will not progress in my opinion. The old British way of doing business needs to be overall in a big way. Are just to be put in preceptive ( this bank is operating 3rd world like in a first world’s business place)…

  This a Branch of Jamaica's largest Bank. Very high standard,the new bank on the go ATM s are great
