::Today was my worst experience. I called them 5 times, on the fourth call I got through and asked about my appointment they said they will call back. No call back. I called the fifth time 11:57 am and confirmed my appointment for today at 1pm. I arrive 1 pm, after waiting on the receptionist to end a call I announced myself and my appointment. She said he would be with you shortly. 10mins into waiting she announces that the dentist is behind schedule and to my disbelief the 2 others in waiting area is waiting on the same dentist. So this could not be shared over the phone? Even when I entered. What’s the point of an appointment… I called an hour before and you couldn’t tell me the dentist is running late.. you mek me leave work fi this… I’m truly upset.

::I made an appointment for consultation and cleaning. The process was easy for my first visit. I was greeted by the ladies sitting at the reception desk; I was asked to fill out a Patient Information form. In 5 mins or less, I was ushered to an examination room and informed of the procedures and legalities by the dental assistant. And the rest is history...the added flossing tutorial was also informativr by Dr. Grant. Overall friendly staff, great customer service and very informative visit.

::My experiences at Peak Dental over the years are extremely great. The staff there are welcoming. The front desk staff makes me feel right at home, the moment I walked in. My cleaning and examination services are always excellent. I happened to pull a teeth once, it was so fast, I did not realized it was out. I often heard people complained that pulling a teeth is painful and sometimes cause swelling. This is not with Peak Dental This is a great place to take care of your teeth. The team are always professional examing and providing solutions by priority. I will recommend Peak Dental to everyone.
