  A simple location with a nice pool, everything might be a bit outdated but the service we received was the best, they cleaned up a room for us after arriving in the middle of the night, breakfast was amazing, very close to black river, so a nice spot for an overnight stay or a travel stop. Don't expect luxory but expect a vibe ( our stay was 1,5years ago )

  Customer Service is top tier! I stay here with my family of 4 including myself. We weren't disappointed with breakfast either.

  My experience staying at Port of Call was excellent. My wife and I got married here and spent some time there as their guests. All of the staff were very professional and friendly. They made us feel at home while away from home. The chef that catered for our wedding reception made delicious meals. He was receptive to the needs of our friends and family who came to celebrate our special moment.

  We had a horrible experience here. The waitress was rude in the dining area. My husband asked for 2 coffee's. She brought 1. He said i asked for 2 coffees please.. she sucked her teeth and stomped off to get another coffee. The room was clean and okay for what we needed which was a night or two. the water pressure in the shower was iffy and no hot water. I didn't feel secure there at all. there was an incident in the room across the hall and from what i heard the cleaning ladies talking about it sounded violent. Its a shame because i am told this used to be quite a nice place. A 2 star hotel for sure. Not somewhere i would stay on vacation.
